- Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of our items for a full refund, less shipping cost.
- Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Timezonestore.com
- Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
- We reserve the right to reject broken damaged returns not properly packed.
- We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
